Use of this Site constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the terms mentioned below and all terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference. Do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Internme.
As part of the terms and conditions, you agree for providing the following personal details to Internme:
A- Providing accurate and current information about you to Internme in any registration form included with Internme.
B- Maintain and update the information you provide to Internme.
C- Maintain the security of your password.
D- Notify Internme immediately of any breach of your account.
Please refer to the Privacy Policy of this document for more details on how we store, collect, use and retain your data.
These terms specifically apply to the user who registers as an Employer in Internme.
Terms and conditions for Posting Internships and hiring
A- It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that the employer verifies that you are authorized to post an internship on behalf of your organization. Any legal claims or disputes pointed towards Internme will not be considered, and the employer is solely responsible for that.
B- Internme has access to upload your organization’s logo on Internme website, so kindly ensure that you are authorized to upload your organization’s logo on their behalf.
C- Internme has right to post your internships on our Internme social media handles.
D- You must provide accurate information about your organization, any misinformation or hiding of information can result in your account getting blocked.
E- You may be asked for GST Number of your company for our first-time user authentication process. This information will only be used for authentication purposes and will not be used anywhere else in any form.
F- Employer in no form can collect money from students, collecting money in form of security deposit, fees, or any other form is strictly prohibited and may result in your account getting blocked.
G- Internship where underaged candidates or internship including illegal activities are strictly prohibited and Internme can take other suitable action as deemed fit by Internme.
H- Network level marketing where applicants/individuals have to use their personal connections to promote any business is not allowed.
I- Third party internship posting is not allowed- You’re only allowed to post internship for your organization not for other.
J- Any assignment(s) given to student(s) must be related to the internship and should be fair. Any attempt to get work done for free from applicants disguised as an assignment or to promote your social media handles/ apps for your own good in form of an assignment is prohibited.
K- All employers are asked to respond to students within 72 working hours, failure to do so will result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
L- We are continuously working to provide the best candidates to service you better, but we are not responsible for providing candidates compulsory for your internship posted in Internme.
M- You cannot use the applicant’s data for purposes other than the hiring process, any attempt to do otherwise is strictly prohibited by Internme and may result in your account getting banned temporarily / permanently.
A- Payment for all the services provided by Internme is on advanced basis.
B- Refund is based upon Internme’s refund policy.
C- Internme doesn’t assure the timeliness of refunding money to your bank account.
These terms specifically apply to the user who registers as an Employer in Internme.
Terms and conditions for Posting Internships and hiring
A- Once hired by an employer, candidates should accept/ decline the offer.
B- Once you accept an internship offer, you must make every possible effort to attend the internship.
C- You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registering and applying for internships.
D- Candidates are advised to read the complete details of an internship before applying for the same.
E- Candidates are advised to keep all the chats with the employer as professional as possible and never use obscene, offensive content of any type.
F- We are working as a team continuously with employers to provide you with the best internships possible but Internme does not guarantee internships to students.
G- Upon registration, your registered mail id and phone number are automatically subscribed to receive email and SMS notifications from Internme.
Internme Safety Tips for Applicants
Internme is continuously working to provide a good and hassle-free internship process for candidates, we would like candidates to read the following awareness which may help them to avoid getting tricked by fraudsters.
The following safety tips are applicable only to the internships provided through Internme.
A- Internme never allows employers to get any kind of security deposit from students.
B- To charge money from any form from applicants for providing internships is strictly prohibited in Internme.
C- Internme does allow employers to post Network Level Marketing profile internships where students are asked to promote business using personal businesses.
D- Internme does not tolerate and take strict actions against an employer who posts internships that includes alcohol, gambling, and any other illegal activity recognized by the government of India.
E- Internships promoting religious content are prohibited by Internme.
F- Internme only allows valid companies to post internships, but there can be a mistake from our side in rare cases. Students are always advised to do a background check on a company before applying for an internship at that company.
G- Internme doesn’t allow third party Internship posting. An organization can only post internship for the organization he/she directly works for.
Internme holds the right to terminate your account if the following disclaimers and all terms other terms and conditions mentioned are not followed by users.
This site or its contents are provided by Internme’s directors, employees, content providers, agents, and affiliates and are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any warrant, express or implied included in the terms and conditions of Internme.
Copying the contents of this site, the look and feel of the website, meta tag, site name, and logo whole or in part, without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Internme, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, and employees against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to any user content that you post, store or transmit through our website.
