    The Manager Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that foster a culture of trust, creativity, ownership, outcome achievement and learning within the organization
    The role includes designing and leading onboarding and training programs, managing employee engagement and recognition programs, organizing team-building events, and managing internship and mentorship programs
    The successful candidate should have between 0 and 5 years of relevant experience, a professional qualification in HRM, and proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
    They should be able to relate effectively to employees at all levels of the company and have a positive attitude towards problem-solving
    The position requires excellent organizational and prioritizing skills, as well as competence in all aspects of the HR function, with a special focus on employee engagement and people development
    As Manager Human Resources you will:

    Work towards building a culture of trust, creativity, ownership, outcome achievement and learning across the organisation
    Develop, execute, and evaluate an internal communication plan to ensure the vision, values, initiatives, and organizational information are communicated regularly and effectively.
    Design and lead a comprehensive onboarding program including communication, processes, job tools, and training.
