About The Internship
  • Quadrang Systems is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to join us. If you have a passion for all things HR, hiring, interviewing, screening, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in the HR and Recruitment field, then this internship is right for you. This internship will offer valuable insights into the world of Human Resources, customer requirements and finding the rightly skilled human talent for client’s requirement. This is an opportunity to work on real projects that have a direct impact on our company’s success by successfully closing customer demands and offering valuable job opportunities to the right people.

    Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Develop, analyse, and implement Hiring strategies
    2. Have a solid understanding of how Human Resources and Recruitments process operate
    3. To search for potential candidates on job portals, digital tools, and other platforms
    4. Assist in the creation and execution of online hiring campaigns, including job postings, tracking applications received
    5. Using analysis and judgement to shortlist and screen candidates before contacting them
    6. Make outbound calls to potential candidates looking for a job change.
    7. Maintaining candidates’ tracker sheet and ensuring the candidate joins at the selected company

Responsibilities
  • Requirements:

    1. Strong understanding of Hiring, Recruitment and overall, Talent Acquisition process

    3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, especially in English.
    4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
