Responsibilities

• Roles and Responsibilities:-
  1. Respond to inquiries through chats, emails, and calls.
  2. Deliver timely and consistent assistance for customers
  3. Communicate effectively with customers via video call/call or text message and facilitate E-commerce sales.
  4. Handle calls professionally and offer information about products and services, place/cancel orders, and record complaints.
  5. Document customer interactions and transactions, inquiries, feedback, and actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications
  6. Follow up to ensure customer requests are resolved
  7. Escalate unresolved customer issues or requests to relevant departments for further investigation.
  8. Collect Google reviews and customer feedback after each purchase.
  9. Exceptional communication and listening skills with fluency in English.
