Responsibilities
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    1. Manage and monitor our ecommerce platforms daily, ensuring correct product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
    2. Improve product pages for optimal visibility and conversion.
    3. Design and execute a holistic social media and e-commerce strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business goals.
    4. Craft engaging content for social media platforms that boosts interaction and showcases the products or services offered in the e-commerce store.
    5. Manage and monitor e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify and Amazon, ensuring product listings are current, correct, and consistent with the overall brand strategy.
    6. Update and improve the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, and pricing, to create a better user experience and increase sales.
    7. Handle the order fulfillment process efficiently, including order processing, tracking, and customer communication, to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.
    8. Design and implement social media campaigns that target e-commerce products, special offers, and online store traffic.
    9. Use analytics tools to measure and evaluate the performance of both social media and e-commerce activities, providing insights to refine strategies and boost ROI.
    10. Coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure social media activities support product launches, promotions, and other key initiatives.
