Responsibilities
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    1. Support the development, maintenance and execution of project/Product plans from start to finish, following the established procedures, channels and expectations.
    2. Foster continuous improvement in process and people management, enabling effective solution delivery.
    3. Demonstrate and encourage high levels of professionalism and leadership throughout the project/Product lifecycle, both internally and externally, reflecting Critical 4. Mass’ business values, protocols and standards.
    5. Help create and update a project/Product schedule, outlining the activities, sequence, dependencies, effort, duration and resources needed.
    6. Lead the scrum process for the product team as a Scrum master, coordinating with the Dev., Design and QA team.
    7. Support Marketing related activities for your product/Feature, such as Marketing strategy, Collaterals, Flyers, Presentations etc.
    8. Help secure the necessary resources for the project.
    9. Help plan and manage project/Product communications, both internally and externally, ensuring smooth flow of project information and deliverables.
    10. Help the Design team understand the product requirements and review the design in a timely manner.
    11. Communicate with the Tech development team and identify the product shortcomings and propose solutions.
    12. Collect product requirements for new product development and document BRD’s and FRD.
    13. Reliable equipment (laptop/ computer, headset, good internet connection)
