About The Internship

• We Reliance Trends, have created several opportunities to provide Internship Cum Placement to the students of your esteemed Institution.
  We are aware that Professional degrees require students to go through an internship program as part of their curriculum, which provides them an insight into an office environment.
  We are happy to invite your students from your college for an Internship Program cum Placement with Reliance Trends, for the position of Department Manager. The internship is starting from Feb 2024.
  Designation: Customer Associate/Department Manager
  Objective: Focus on providing an extensive training programme to nurture the Campus Interns to Young Managers.
  Goal: To select potential candidates from Campus and put them through rigorous training programme thereby building a talent pool for front line managers
  
  Learnings:
  • Classroom and on the Job training
  • 48 hrs classroom training
  • 40 hrs of on the job training
  • Modules covered are Customer Service, Sales, Cashiering and Commercial & Audit, Department Manager

Preferred Education Qualification

Degree -
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
