Responsibilities

• Design Engineer [DE] is responsible for Design activities of his respective projects which is designated during the KOM and to ensure that all the project specific and critical points are covered
  DM is responsible to achieve and maintain his department objectives within the target limits as indicated
  Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance their operations.
  Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and marketing, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
  Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our industrial automation solutions.
  Prepare and negotiate contracts, quotations, and proposals in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
