The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, particularly within the industrial automation industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Design Engineer [DE] is responsible for Design activities of his respective projects which is designated during the KOM and to ensure that all the project specific and critical points are covered
  DM is responsible to achieve and maintain his department objectives within the target
  Follow the organization’s KPI/Processor.
  Attend Project Meetings, Client’s meetings.
  Understand the Customer satisfaction process and adhere to the measures
  taken by the Project team and the management.
  Internal 5s, TQM, TPM,ISO process earning
  Anticipate technical requirements and be ready to equip yourself.
  Follow Cost saving mechanism and exhibit in terms of percentage.
  (example checks prints on one side paper or check print on reduced size
  print)
  Number of training courses undertaken which would help the organization’s
  growth. Inter departmental interaction and understanding the cross functional
  requirements.
  Developing simple tools to maintain resolve Client queries or inter
  departmental queries and maintain the status at your fingertip.
  Develop simple method/tools to measure weekly or monthly progress by
  weighted average method/breakdown methods. Explore MS Excel functionalities (macros, other standard function, charts,
  diagrams) to leverage tool advantages for analysis and reporting.
  Self-learning, group learning leading to organizational development.
