About The Internship

• Place outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts in the telecom and banking sectors
  Interns can continue the job if interested
  Negotiate repayment plans and settlement agreements with customers while adhering to company policies and regulations
  Follow up with customers to ensure payment commitments are met and resolve any outstanding issues
  Document all interactions and update customer records accurately in the collections system
  Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved cases and identify process improvements

Preferred Education Qualification

Degree -
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Skills Required

• MS-Excel
• Email Marketing
• Customer Service
• Telugu Proficiency (Spoken)

Responsibilities

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a firm but empathetic approach.
  Ability to handle challenging conversations and diffuse tense situations effectively.
  Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations (training will be provided).
  Basic computer skills and proficiency in using collections software or CRM systems
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
