About The Internship
  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Tele-calling Collections Assistant Intern to join our team for a three-month internship. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in debt collection strategies, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management through tele-calling activities.

    Strong communication and negotiation skills with a firm but empathetic approach
    Ability to handle challenging conversations and diffuse tense situations effectively
    Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations (training will be provided)
    Basic computer skills and proficiency in using collections software or CRM systems
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Place outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts in the telecom and banking sectors.
    Negotiate repayment plans and settlement agreements with customers while adhering to company policies and regulations.
    Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved cases and identify process improvements.
    Follow up with customers to ensure payment commitments are met and resolve any outstanding issues.
