Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends. Analyze data to provide insights that will inform sales and marketing strategies.
    Assisting with Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and offline marketing initiatives. Contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking events. Help qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.
    Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
    Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant customer information and interactions. Help streamline processes to improve efficiency in managing customer relationships.
    Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed. Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
    Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing activities. Compile data into regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement
