Responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities:
    - Develop and maintain detailed customer profiles and personas to support targeted sales efforts.
- Design and implement effective lead generation and data collection strategies to aid sales outreach.
- Ensure the accuracy and utility of sales data in our CRM systems.
- Support pre-sale and post-sale activities, including preparing presentations and managing follow-up communications.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for outreach, building and maintaining relationships that drive business growth.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes based on data and market feedback.
    Qualifications:
    - Excellent command of English with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the financial services sector or products aimed at high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong capability in CRM software, data management, and professional networking via LinkedIn, with a substantial network and presence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some overlap with US Eastern Time (up to 1 AM IST).
- Proactive and eager to learn, with aspirations to advance into a direct sales role.
    Compensation:
    - Monthly Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹45,000
- Annual Salary: ₹480,000 to ₹540,000
