About The Internship

• Internship Title: Optimization of Areca Palm Leaf Plate Manufacturing Parameters
  
  Objective:
  - To identify and determine the optimal parameters for manufacturing Areca palm leaf plates of various shapes and sizes.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  1. Parameter Identification:
  - Identify key parameters affecting the quality and production of Areca palm leaf plates.
  - Determine the range of values for each parameter to be tested.
  
  2. Experimentation:
  - Conduct experiments to test different parameter combinations.
  - Manufacture Areca palm leaf plates with varying parameters such as:
  a). Temperature
  b). Cooking Time
  c). Moisture content of Areca leaves
  d). Plate shape and size
  
  3. Data Collection and Recording:
  - Record data on each experiment, including parameter values and plate quality.
  - Organize and maintain a detailed Excel sheet for data analysis.
  
  4. Data Analysis:
  - Determine the best combination of parameters for manufacturing high-quality Areca palm leaf plates.
  
  5. Reporting:
  - Prepare a comprehensive report detailing the research, methodology, results, and conclusions.
  - Present findings and recommendations to the company or organization.
  
  Skills and Knowledge:
  - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
  - Familiarity with data analysis and Excel sheet management.
  - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  - Good communication and reporting skills.
