About The Internship

• The HR Intern is an entry-level, temporary position that offers students or recent graduates hands-on exposure to Human Resources operations. You’ll support daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administration, while gaining valuable real-world experience.

Responsibilities

• Post and remove job ads
  Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  Schedule interviews with candidates
  Assist with onboarding and exit formalities
  Keep employee records accurate and up-to-date
  Help draft offer and rejection letters
  Support employee engagement and events
  Gather feedback or conduct short surveys
  Perform admin tasks like filing and data entry
