About The Internship
  • We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Associate – Intern to engage with healthcare professionals, primarily doctors, clinics, and hospitals, to promote MocDoc’s healthcare software solutions. The role involves field visits, scheduling software demonstrations, understanding client requirements, and supporting the sales process both remotely and on site.

    Requirements:
    - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
    - Fresher or prior experience in field sales or a similar role (experience in healthcare or
    software sales preferred).
    - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
    - Ability to understand and explain software product features confidently.
    - Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
    - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • -Conduct field visits to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to introduce MocDoc's software solutions.
    -Schedule and manage appointments with doctors for product demonstrations.
    - Present and explain the key features and benefits of MocDoc’s software applications.
    - Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
    -Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure successful demos and follow-ups.
    -Identify new opportunities and share feedback from the field to enhance outreach.
    - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointments and closures.

    Internship Benefits:
    - Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 (with 10% TDS deduction).
    - Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month.
    - Mobile Data Allowance: ₹400 per month.
    - Sales Incentive: ₹500 to ₹1,000 per successful client closure.
    - Hands-on experience in healthcare technology sales and field operations.
    - Internship certificate upon successful completion.
    - Opportunity for on-roll employment based on performance after 3–6 months.
