    Role Overview:
    We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer – Intern who will be responsible for training clients on our software products and ensuring smooth onboarding and usage. The candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with a passion for technology and customer service.

    Internship Benefits:
    -Monthly stipend of ₹10,000 (with 10% TDS deduction).
    - Hands-on experience with live client interactions and healthcare software systems.
    - Exposure to end-to-end implementation and customer success processes.
    - Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.
    - Opportunity for on-roll employment based on performance after 3–6 months.

Responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities:
    -Train doctors, hospital staff, and clinic administrators on MocDoc’s software modules
    (EMR, Billing, Pharmacy, etc.) through remote sessions or onsite visits.
    -Provide post-implementation support to resolve user queries and ensure seamless
    product usage.
    - Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for
    customization or issue resolution.
    - Maintain training logs, feedback reports, and customer documentation.
    - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and effective product adoption.
    - Support the implementation team during new deployments or feature updates.
