About The Internship

• Dear Intern,
  We are pleased to welcome you to our Metal Components Manufacturing Unit. Your internship here is designed to give you real-world exposure to modern manufacturing processes, industrial operations, and the discipline required in a production environment.
  1. Gain Hands-On Learning
  Observe and understand how raw materials are transformed into precision metal components. Learn about machining, quality control, finishing, and packaging processes. Understand workflow, industrial safety, and production management.
  2. Work With Experienced Teams
  You will be guided by our supervisors, technicians, and engineers who will help you understand: Machine operations Inspection and measurement tools
  Safety protocols, Production planning and documentation.
  3. Follow Safety & Discipline
  For your safety and for the smooth functioning of the factory, please follow these rules strictly: Wear all mandatory safety gear (shoes, goggles, helmets, gloves).
  Do not operate any machine without permission or supervision. Stay within designated areas.
  Mobile phone use inside the production area is strictly prohibited.
  4. Learning Expectations
  Observe carefully, Take notes, Understand why each process matters Participate where allowed . Ask for clarification whenever needed Your performance will be evaluated based on enthusiasm, discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behaviour.
  
  1. Machine to be run smoothly and effectively
  2. Do daily machine maintenance work
  3. Output products to be checked and recorded in job sheet
  4. Strictly follow safety measures as per SOP
  5. To maintain 5 S on work station
  a. Sort
  b. Set in Order
  c. Standardise
  d. Shine
  e. Sustain
  6. If you have any issue in machine or production immediately inform the supervisor
  7. Hand over the products to stores at the time of shift closing
  8. Record the job sheets and handover the supervisor every day at time of shift closing
